Simboli represents a significant collaboration to bring you affordable, mindful wines. We collaborate with a family-owned winery located on the western edge of the Colli Euganei Hills—a historic area celebrated for its rich, deep-rooted winemaking tradition spanning many centuries. They are committed to environmentally responsible practices that minimize their impact on the environment. Nestled in the heart of Veneto’s vibrant and dynamic wine-producing region, this winery has been passionately nurturing and cultivating its vineyards through multiple generations.
The estate covers approximately 50 hectares (about 120 acres) of southwest-facing vineyards, predominantly planted with a thoughtful selection of indigenous grape varieties alongside classic international ones. In winemaking, our primary focus is on showcasing the authentic diversity and unique characteristics of the Colli Euganei Hills terroir. We take great pride in providing wines that are not only affordable but also embody genuine quality and integrity—crafted with care, without any time-saving methods. These wines are designed to bring the enchanting essence of their terroir to life, whether you’re cheering with them at a lively dinner party, enjoying them with friends at your book club, or simply savoring a quiet evening in the comfort of your dwelling.

•••The Volcanic soil of the Euganian hillside is fabulous for growing Pinot Grigio.
Claris is a soft, straw-colored hue with glistening honeydew highlights. A fresh, inviting, light bouquet of juicy pears and crisp fall apples with a hint of mineral. This is a less-ripe Pinot Grigio with delicious minerality and refreshing acidity. Harmonious, elegant, and persistent- Claris is a charmer.
CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow color; intense and characteristic aroma that recalls acacia flowers. Fuller-bodied, dry, and impetuous flavor with a sour finish.
PAIRINGS: Seafood appetizers, seafood risottos, baked and grilled fish. It should be served at 10 °C - 12 °C.

Fun fruit and green grass! This is a fabulously fresh and splendidly zippy wine, perfect for bringing to your book club. Why? Well, Kali is super easy to enjoy, and its affordability makes it a pleasure to share, even with Debbie, who we all know overserves herself. Tart and tangy grapefruit, dry with a light body bursting with powerful aromas. Pair it with light bites, easy nibblers. Debbie, save some for us!
CHARACTERISTICS: Brilliant straw yellow in color, the nose has fruity notes with intense hints of elderberry, sage, and citrus fruits. The palate is fresh, pleasant, elegant, and balanced with strong persistence. In the end, it has pleasantly balsamic references.
PAIRINGS: It goes very well with fish-based dishes and is excellent with shellfish. -

CHARACTERISTICS: Brilliant, with greenish reflections. Intense on the nose, characterized by a wide range of aromas, rightly herbaceous, fresh, and inviting. In the mouth, it is sapid and pleasant.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif or an accompaniment to hors d'oeuvres, fish dishes, and white meats. It is ideal to be enjoyed with any light dish. -

•••Crush-worthy, beach wine that can hold its worth at the table.
Good Rosato brings a smile to your lips. Ellie Pinot Nero Rosé keeps the smile there. A fleshy rosé, with delicate raspberry tints, it glistens and dances in the glass. The bouquet is fresh, flowery, delicate, and fruity, with hints of red strawberries and currants. It is fresh, smooth, well-balanced, and has good acidity and minerality.
CHARACTERISTICS: Light pink color, transparent and brilliant. The nose offers a sweet note of wild strawberries, with a rose and ripe cherry finish. In the mouth, it is sapid, full-bodied, and of medium structure, slightly tannic. The aftertaste is harmonious and mineral.
PAIRINGS: Fish-based first courses, seafood soups, risottos, stewed fish, white meats, including sauces, and fresh cheeses.

•••What an earthy, plummy bottle of love!
An easy-going Cabernet Franc that doesn't bring those green notes that can be so off-putting. Leather, cocoa, and fruit. Refined tannins with good acidity.
CHARACTERISTICS: This is a very persuasive wine, vigorous but fruity and soft at the same time. Ruby-red in color, tending towards garnet, the nose is intense, with fresh, captivating aromas of plum, blackberry, and vanilla. It is full-bodied, rich, and harmonious, with a long and persistent finish. Dry, full, harmonious, and velvety.
PAIRINGS: It pairs well with critical first courses, grilled red meats, braised meats, and game. -

•••The cool hillsides of Vo’ are lovely for growing Pinot Noir.
Stema Pinot Noir has a spirited, fruity bouquet with notes of freshly raked Maine blueberry and wild-forest-floor strawberry. It is a lovely, youthful, and bright pinot of soft, rosy garnet color. Wide and full in the mouth, it is pleasant, harmonious, and persistent, with smooth tannins and a very slight vanilla finish.
CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red with garnet reflections; broad and fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries; spicy notes. Elegant to the taste, with good balance and persistence.
PAIRINGS: Excellent with first courses. The ideal companion for all grilled meats. -
