A heritage dating back to the 14th century.
Conti Riccati is beautifully situated in the picturesque rolling hills just outside of Castelfranco Veneto, located in the province of Treviso. This stunning countryside, nestled in the very heart of the Veneto region, is famously known as the heartland of Prosecco country. The Conte Riccati estate encompasses 18 pristine hectares of vineyards, carefully preserved and lovingly maintained for many generations. Remarkably, these lands have remained in the continuous possession of the Riccati family since the 14th Century. The current owners of the estate, Valperto Azzoni, his wife, and their four lively, vivacious children, are proud direct descendants of the Riccati lineage. They share a deep passion and profound reverence for the land that their ancestors demonstrated centuries ago. Conti Riccati primarily cultivates grape varieties such as Glera, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, and is particularly renowned for producing exceptional Prosecco wines. The family takes immense pride in diligently nurturing the vineyards and crafting fine wines that reflect their heritage and dedication.

Notes of autumn fruit plum more:
Crisp apple and sweet pear, lemons, and fresh brioche. Not all Proseccos are created equal. The right amount of sugar vs. acidity is crucial; Conti Riccati understands this.
By no means is this a sweet-style prosecco! The grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality.
Visually, the wine displays a bright straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections that catch the light beautifully. The bouquet is delicate and elegant, revealing subtle notes of fall fruit such as crisp apple, ripe pear, and refreshing citrus. This prosecco is always dry, offering a fresh, beautiful profile with a persistent finish and a lingering sensation of grapefruit. Pairings include seafood appetizers, creamy squid risotto, and perfectly fried fish. The grapes are organically farmed and hold a sustainable certification, reflecting the commitment to environmentally responsible winemaking.
